Daybreak

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Daybreak does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Everything the app uses stays on your device.

Daybreak is an alarm app for iPhone. It was built to work entirely on your device, and it has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics. This policy explains what information the app uses and confirms that none of it leaves your iPhone.

Information the app uses

All of the following is stored and processed only on your device. It is never sent to the developer or to any third party.

What the app does not do

Permissions

The app asks for a few iOS permissions so its features can work: Notifications (so alarms can reach you), Motion & Fitness (optional, for the steps mission), and Music Library access (optional, to play a song you choose). You can review or change these at any time in the Settings app under Daybreak. Denying an optional permission simply disables that feature.

Children's privacy

Daybreak does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Data deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, deleting the Daybreak app removes all of it. There is nothing stored elsewhere for us to delete.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
